Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of decreasing customer interest in saving at the Sari Giri Sedana Cooperative. This research aims to examine the influence of service quality and promotion on customers' interest in saving at the Sari Giri Sedana Cooperative in Badung Regency. This research uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 903 people and the sample size in this study was 90 customers at the Sari Giri Sedana Cooperative. Data collection methods in this research are observation, interviews and questionnaires, with a Likert scale. The results of this research show that the results of the t test calculation show that service quality and promotion show a significance level of 0.021 and 0.022 <0.05, meaning that, partially, service quality and promotion have a significant influence on interest in saving. The results of the F test show that the quality of service and promotion shows a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. This means that simultaneously the quality of service and promotion has a significant influence on interest in saving at the Sari Giri Sedana Cooperative in Badung Regency. The Durbin-Watson determination test results of 1.907 indicate that the model does not experience significant autocorrelation problems.    Suggestions for cooperatives in this research are to provide immediate, accurate and satisfactory services to customers because they have the lowest scores on the results of the questionnaire that has been distributed.

Abstract

This research examines the effect of work-family enrichment on work engagement through self-efficacy and job satisfaction as mediating variables among women entrepreneurs in Bali. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to women entrepreneurs in Bali. The research sample consisted of women entrepreneurs in Bali, 183 people using the snowball sampling technique. The results of data analysis using PLS show that there is a positive influence of work-family enrichment on self-efficacy, job satisfaction, and work engagement. In addition, self-efficacy and job satisfaction have also been proven to be significant mediators in the relationship between work-family enrichment and work engagement. If women entrepreneurs feel that positive experiences at work enrich their family life, they will believe in their ability to complete tasks and increase their satisfaction in their work, leading them to be more engaged in the organization. The managerial implication of these findings is the importance of women entrepreneurs in creating a work environment that supports a balance between work and family life, which can increase their self-efficacy, job satisfaction, and work engagement. This research contributes to the literature on work-family enrichment and work engagement, especially in the context of women entrepreneurs in Bali.

Abstract

Perhelatan G20 membuka peluang sekaligus tantangan bagi Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) fashion di Indonesia, khususnya di Bali. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh optimisme dan modal psikologis terhadap produktivitas pelaku IKM fashion di Kota Denpasar dalam konteks persaingan global. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional survey, penelitian melibatkan 80 pelaku IKM fashion yang dipilih melalui proportionate stratified random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner tervalidasi dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan optimisme berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap produktivitas (?=0.243, p<0.05) dengan effect size sedang (Cohen's d=0.68). Modal psikologis juga berpengaruh positif signifikan (?=0.509, p<0.001) dengan effect size besar (Cohen's d=0.85). Secara simultan, kedua variabel menjelaskan 49.6% varians produktivitas IKM fashion. Analisis tambahan mengungkapkan bahwa hubungan tersebut dimediasi oleh kemampuan adaptasi dan inovasi proses, serta dimoderasi oleh tingkat digitalisasi usaha. Temuan ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan teori psikologi organisasi dalam konteks IKM dan memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pengembangan program pemberdayaan pelaku IKM fashion yang lebih holistik.   The G20 summit presents both opportunities and challenges for Small and Medium Industries (SMIs) in Indonesia's fashion sector, particularly in Bali. This study aims to analyze the influence of optimism and psychological capital on productivity among fashion SMI entrepreneurs in Denpasar City within the context of global competition. Employing a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey design, the study involved 80 fashion SMI entrepreneurs selected through proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were collected using validated questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Results indicate that optimism significantly positively affects productivity (?=0.243, p<0.05) with a moderate effect size (Cohen's d=0.68). Psychological capital also shows a significant positive influence (?=0.509, p<0.001) with a large effect size (Cohen's d=0.85). Simultaneously, both variables explain 49.6% of the variance in fashion SMI productivity. Additional analyses reveal that these relationships are mediated by adaptive capability and process innovation, and moderated by business digitalization level. These findings contribute to organizational psychology theory development in the SMI context and provide practical implications for developing more holistic empowerment programs for fashion SMI entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior OCB is a unique aspect of individual activity at work. Organizations will be successful if employees not only carry out their main tasks but are willing to carry out extra tasks such as being willing to work together, helping each other and wanting to use their time effectively. This research aims to analyze the influence of OCB, work motivation, organizational commitment and employee loyalty at BPR Jaya Kerti Mengwitani. The number of respondents was 46 people using the total sampling method. Data collection uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, testing is carried out in two stages. hypothesis testing using the t test, F test and Sobel test. The research results show that OCB has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, /OCB has a positive and significant effect on work loyalty, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work loyalty, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on loyalty. work. Organizational commitment cannot mediate /OCB on employee loyalty. Organizational commitment can mediate motivation on employee loyalty. /OCB, motivation, organizational commitment have a significant positive effect on employee loyalty.ABSTRAKOrganizational Citizenship Behavior merupakan aspek yang unik dari aktivitas individual dalam kerja. Organisasi akan berhasil apabila karyawan tidak hanya mengerjakan tugas pokoknya saja namun mau melakukan tugas extra seperti mau bekerjasama ,tolong menolong serta mau menggunakan waktunya secara efektif. Organizational Citizenhip Behavior pada setiap karyawan harus diperhatikan karena ocb yang dimiliki karyawan di BPR Jaya Kerti berbeda-beda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Organizational Citizenhip Behavior, motivasi kerja, komitmen organisasi, dan loyalitas  karyawan di BPR Jaya Kerti Mengwitani. Jumlah responden sebanyak 46 orang menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisa data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, pengujian dilakukan dua tahap. uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t , uji F dan uji Sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Organizational Citizenhip Behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi,  motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, Organizational Citizenhip Behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap  loyalitas kerja, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas kerja. Komitmen organisasi tidak dapat memediasi Organizational Citizenhip Behavior terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Komitmen organisasi dapat memediasi motivasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Organizational Citizenhip Behavior,motivasi,komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran mediasi psychological capital dalam hubungan antara work-family conflict dan work overload terhadap occupational well-being. Work-family conflict dan work overload telah diidentifikasi sebagai faktor signifikan yang dapat memengaruhi kesejahteraan pekerja. Namun, penelitian mengenai peran psychological capital sebagai mediator pada hubungan tersebut masih terbatas. Studi ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada tenaga medis wanita RSUD Tabanan sebanyak 140 orang. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode structural equation modeling (SEM) dengan SmartPLS 4.1.0 untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel-variabel yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa psychological capital berperan sebagai mediasi parsial dalam hubungan antara work-family conflict dan work overload dengan occupational well-being. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan psychological capital pada karyawan dapat mengurangi dampak negatif dari konflik kerja-keluarga dan beban kerja berlebih terhadap kesejahteraan pekerjaan mereka. Implikasi dari penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi RSUD Tabanan dalam merancang intervensi yang dapat meningkatkan psychological capital untuk mendukung kesejahteraan karyawan secara keseluruhan

Abstract

Perusahaan melakukan merger dan akuisisi untuk memperoleh sinergi yang lebih baik dan berkelanjutan, karena merger dan akuisisi dipercaya dapat memberikan tingkat pencapaian skala ekonomi, penguasaan teknologi, pasokan bahan baku yang terjamin, jangkauan pasar meningkat, mendapatkan akses perusahaan internasional dan memperoleh dana tambahan untuk pembiayaan perusahaan. Berdasarkan sinergi yang telah diuraikan tersebut seharusnya setelah melakukan aktivitas merger dan akuisisi keuntungan perusahaan meningkat dan kerugian semakin menurun. Keuntungan dan kerugian perusahaan setelah melakukan aktivitas merger dan akuisisi dapat dilihat dari kinerja perusahaan khususnya kinerja keuangan menggunakan rasio keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh dari merger dan akuisisi terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada subsektor teknologi di bursa efek indonesia pada tahun 2021-2023. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah merger dan akuisisi. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja keuangan. Kinerja keuangan yang diukur dengan current ratio, debt to equity ratio, dan return to asset ratio. Data yang digunakan dalam penbekitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari situs Bursa Efek Indonesia dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 12 perusahaan subsektor teknologi yang menerbitkan laporan keuangan satu tahun sebelum dan satu tahun sesudah kegiatan merger dan akuisisi. Analisis data menggunakan uji paired sampel t-test untuk menguji rata-rata dua sampel hasil hipotesis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada kineja keuangan yang diukur dengan current ratio, dan variabel yang menunjukkan hasil signifikan yaitu debt to equity ratio dan return on asset.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai praktek inovasi yang dilakukan PT. Bina Sarana Cipta akibat dari pemberlakukan ISPM (Internation-al Standard Phytosanitary Measures) #15 merupakan peraturan yang dikeluarkan oleh The International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC) mengenai standar internasional kesehatan tumbuhan terhadap produk kemasan kayu. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini bagaimana praktek inovasi bisnis serta analisis SWOT dalam im-plementasi inovasi bisnis. Metode penelitian yakni deskriptif kuali-tatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa . Inovasi model bisnis yang telah dilakukan seperti inovasi produk melalui perbaikan kualitas kayu yang digunakan dalam produksi, perbaikan dalam bi-dang pelayanan konsumen serta memperbaiki alur kinerja produksi (layout) produksi serta menggunakan media pemasaran secara online untuk menjangkau ceruk pasar yang lebih luas. Melalui ana-lisis SWOT dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan perusahaan da-lam meningkatkan faktor internal melalui sisi kekuatan dan mem-perbaiki sisi kelemahan diharapkan dapat memanfaatkan peluang dan serta mengantisipasi ancaman dari faktor eksternal perus-ahaan. Sehingga implementasi inovasi model bisnis yang dilakukan dapat terus beradaptasi dengan perkembangan dunia bisnis di masa yang akan datang.
