Hepatitis B is an infectious disease and generally infects the liver caused by the hepatitis B virus (HBV), which causes one way to prevent transmission from occurring is to take precautions, namely by providing hepatitis B immunization to newborn babies. Nenonates are babies born vaginally without any instruments (Jamil et al., 2020). The prevalence of Hepatitis B in Indonesia is caused by delays in immunization. There are still many cases of hepatitis B transmission from mothers giving birth to babies, which is the main cause. Babies infected with the Hepatitis B virus are at risk of developing chronic liver disease. Transmission of this virus can be prevented by immediate vaccine immunization within a maximum of 12 hours (Permanasari, 2020).
