Abstract: This article reviews the challenges in law enforcement against criminal acts in the capital market, especially related to insider trading practices that occurred at PT Bank Bali. This incident illustrates the difficulties in proving and enforcing the law related to insider trading practices in the Indonesian capital market. Although the Capital Market Law has stipulated a prohibition on such actions, the law enforcement process is often hampered by various obstacles, including problems of proof, limited resources, and political and economic influences. This study aims to analyze the law enforcement mechanism, the challenges faced, and steps to improve the Indonesian capital market supervision system to be more effective in preventing economic crimes in the future. It is hoped that this article can provide a better understanding of the importance of transparency and strict law enforcement in order to realize a healthy and sustainable capital market in Indonesia.Keywords: Capital Market, Stock Market, Insider Trading, Economics Crime.
