<![CDATA[This study aims to conceptually analyze the use of technology in criminal investigations in Indonesia. The research method used in this study is a descriptive approach by conducting a literature review of various sources relevant to the research topic. The results of the study show that the use of technology in criminal investigations in Indonesia is still limited and not optimal. This is caused by several factors, including budget constraints, inadequate infrastructure, and a lack of skills and knowledge of law enforcement officials in the use of technology. However, several efforts have been made to improve this situation, such as training and human resource development, as well as improving investigative infrastructure and equipment. In addition, this study also found that the use of technology in criminal investigations can provide several benefits, such as increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of investigations, collecting more accurate and comprehensive evidence, and processing data more quickly and efficiently. However, the use of technology can also pose a number of challenges and risks, including privacy and data security issues, as well as possible errors in data interpretation.]]>
