<![CDATA[This program was conducted to enhance students’ self-confidence in speaking English at St. Bonaventura High School Sambas. Based on observations and interviews with teachers, it was found that although many students showed the potential to speak English, they have lack of confidence to express themselves due to limited speaking practice, low self-esteem, and monotonous classroom instruction. The training was delivered through interactive methods, including ice-breaking activities, speaking drills, group discussions and presentations, and video production. A total of 31 students participated in the one-day program. The results indicated a significant increase in students’ active participation and speaking confidence. Students became more comfortable expressing their ideas in English and showed increased motivation to continue learning. In addition, teachers gained new insights into implementing more communicative and interactive approaches in English class. This program had a positive impact on both students and teachers and recommended to be continued through sustainable initiatives such as English Clubs or English Day activities.]]>
