This study was conducted in Agam Regency to analyse farmers' attitudes towards the Prima-3 certification programme. The research method was a survey, where 100 farmers were selected proportionally representing three sub-districts: Banuhampu, Canduang and Sungai Pua. The measurement of attitudes towards Prima-3 certification uses two variables: attitudes towards the benefits of implementing GAP Prima-3 and the Prima-3 certificate management process. Each variable uses three indicators: cognitive, affective, and conative. Data was collected by interview and observation and then analysed descriptive quantitatively using a Likert Scale. The results showed that farmers have a positive attitude towards the Prima-3 certification programme, the management process, and the benefits of the certification. However, the conative indicator of the Prima-3 Certificate management variable is still neutral.
