Design: analytical quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. Data collection: online survey, variables: perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and user attitudes. Conclusion: overall, the evaluation of the KlikDokter application shows positive results. This finding provides empirical evidence that the easier and more useful a healthcare application is, the more it enhances users' attitudes towards its use.
