Abstract

KlikDokter Application is an integrated digital platform service as an innovative solution to improve healthcare accessibility. The low number of downloads indicates a lack of potential acceptance of the KlikDokter application. The purpose of the study is to analyze the perception of ease of use and perceived usefulness in relation to attitudes towards using the KlikDokter application in Indonesia. Design: analytical quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. Data collection: online survey, variables: perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and user attitudes. Sample: 380 respondents who are users of the KlikDokter application across Indonesia. Sampling technique: purposive, and data analysis using Spearman's rank correlation test. Results: the majority of respondents were women (49.2%), aged 26–35 years (44.7%), earning equal to or more than the minimum wage (61.6%), holding a bachelor's degree or equivalent (37.4%), and employed (71.3%). Respondents found the application easy to use (82.4%), useful (76.7%), and had a positive attitude towards using KlikDokter (78.6%). There is a highly significant relationship between perceived ease of use (p=0.000; r=0.682) and perceived usefulness (p=0.000; r=0.623) with attitudes towards use. Conclusion: overall, the evaluation of the KlikDokter application shows positive results. This finding provides empirical evidence that the easier and more useful a healthcare application is, the more it enhances users' attitudes towards its use.
