Gangguan muskuloskeletal (MSDs) merupakan masalah kesehatan yang sering dialami pekerja di berbagai sektor. Salah satu strategi untuk mengurangi keluhan MSDs adalah melalui praktik peregangan. Alarm peregangan berbasis video berfungsi sebagai pengingat untuk melakukan peregangan dan memberikan instruksi visual agar gerakan dilakukan dengan tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas alarm peregangan bervideo terhadap pelaksanaan peregangan serta keluhan MSDs pada karyawan di industri penyamakan kulit PT. Adi Satria Abadi. Menggunakan desain eksperimen semu dengan pendekatan Post-test Only with Control Group, penelitian ini dilakukan pada Juni 2023 dengan 42 peserta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata praktik peregangan pada kelompok eksperimen (28,81) lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok kontrol (14,19), sementara keluhan nyeri otot rangka pada kelompok eksperimen (19,45) lebih rendah dibandingkan kelompok kontrol (23,55). Uji korelasi Pearson menghasilkan nilai p < 0,05 (0,002) dan koefisien korelasi -0,394, yang mengindikasikan bahwa alarm peregangan bervideo berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan praktik peregangan dan penurunan keluhan nyeri otot rangka, serta terdapat hubungan negatif antara frekuensi peregangan dengan tingkat keluhan nyeri otot rangka.Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are a common health issue experienced by workers across various sectors. The video-based stretching alarm serves as a reminder for workers to stretch and provides visual instructions to ensure the movements are performed correctly. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of video-based stretching alarms in promoting stretching practices and reducing MSDs complaints among employees in the leather tanning industry at PT. Adi Satria Abadi. Using a quasi-experimental design with a Post-test Only with Control Group approach, this study was conducted in June 2023 with 42 participants. The results showed that the average stretching practice in the experimental group (28.81) was higher compared to the control group (14.19), while the musculoskeletal pain complaints in the experimental group (19.45) were lower compared to the control group (23.55). Pearson correlation testing resulted in a p-value < 0.05 (0.002) and a Pearson correlation coefficient of -0.394, indicating that the video-based stretching alarm positively affected the improvement of stretching practices and the reduction of musculoskeletal pain complaints, as well as showing a negative relationship between the frequency of stretching and the level of musculoskeletal pain complaints.
