<![CDATA[The research aims to analyze theinfluence of learning outcomes of industrypractice on students' readiness. This type ofresearch is ex-post facto. Methods of datacollection using questionnaires anddocumentation. Data analysis technique usingdescriptive analysis and hypothesis test usingProduct Moment correlation precededprerequisite analysis test, that is the test ofnormality and linearity. The researchpopulation is all students of class XII ofDepartment of Clothing, Light VehicleTechnique and Motorcycle Technique whichhas conducted industrial practice at SMKNegeri 8 Purworejo. Sampling techniqueusing proportional random sampling were 93students. The results showed that there was apositive and significant effect on industrialpractice learning outcomes on job readiness,with a contribution of 28.9%. The contributionis relatively small because students have notbeen able to utilize the cognitive, affective,and psychomotor abilities gained in schools toprepare themselves in the real world of work.Most only follow the practice of industry asthe task of the school that must beimplemented without trying to improveknowledge and skill]]>
