<![CDATA[Penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001 di PT Layar Perkasa Nusantara untuk meningkatkan kelancaran proses produksi di galangan kapal. Mengingat pentingnya industri perkapalan terhadap perekonomian Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem manajemen mutu dapat mengidentifikasi dan mengatasi permasalahan dalam proses produksi, seperti kelalaian kerja dan keterlambatan pengiriman bahan. Implementasi ISO 9001 terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi, mengurangi cacat produk, dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk peningkatan sistem manajemen mutu guna mencapai kualitas dan kelancaran proses produksi yang lebih baik. This research analyzes the implementation of the ISO 9001 quality management system at PT Layar Perkasa Nusantara to improve the smoothness of the production process at the shipyard. Given the importance of the shipping industry to the Indonesian economy. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method through observations, interviews, and documentation. The results indicated that implementing the quality management system can identify and address issues in the production process, such as work negligence and delays in material delivery. The application of ISO 9001 has proven to enhance efficiency, reduce product defects, and increase customer satisfaction. This study recommends improving the quality management system to achieve better quality and smooth production processes.]]>
