<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat dan kualitas pendidikan terhadap efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi PLN Mobile di Wilayah Kerja PT PLN (Persero) ULP Malili. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei, yang memungkinkan pengumpulan data dari responden melalui kuesioner yang mencakup informasi demografis, tingkat pendidikan, pengetahuan teknologi, dan persepsi terhadap efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara tingkat pendidikan dan efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi, di mana responden dengan pendidikan lebih tinggi cenderung lebih memahami dan menggunakan aplikasi PLN Mobile secara optimal. Kualitas pendidikan juga berperan penting dalam meningkatkan pengguna aktif aplikasi PLN Mobile. This study aims to analyze the effect of the level and quality of education on the effectiveness of using the PLN Mobile application in the working area of PT PLN (Persero) ULP Malili. The method used is a quantitative approach with a survey technique, allowing for the collection of data from respondents through a questionnaire that includes demographic information, education level, technological knowledge, and perception of the effectiveness of using the application. The results show a positive relationship between the level of education and the effectiveness of the application, where respondents with higher education tend to better understand and optimally use the PLN Mobile application. The quality of education also plays a crucial role in increasing the active users of the PLN Mobile application.]]>
