Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi penyusunan soal oleh tim kreatif program Family 100 serta bagaimana strategi tersebut memengaruhi minat penonton. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan partisipasi aktif selama kegiatan magang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyusunan soal dilakukan melalui tahapan pembuatan soal harian, penyusunan paket survei, tabulasi hasil, dan penyesuaian soal dengan peserta. Strategi ini mencerminkan tahapan berdasarkan analisis VRIO.
