<![CDATA[High-risk pregnancy is a pregnancy that can have a negative impact on pregnant women and babies. Continuous monitoring is needed during the period of pregnancy and childbirth. The purpose of community service is to increase knowledge and skills about high risk pregnancy is the understanding that pregnant women have regarding high risk during pregnancy and understanding prevention and handling as reducing the frequency of high-risk pregnant women and reducing MMR and AKB through High Risk Detection card. This assistance activity for pregnant women is in partnership with Esti Wijayanti, S.Tr. Keb., Bdn. as the Midwife Coordinator of the Bangetayu Health Center in Semarang City. to optimize the class program for pregnant women. This community service activity is expected to be able to optimize the class program for pregnant women in an effort to reduce high-risk pregnancies. Participants were third trimester pregnant women with the number of prenatal class participants as many as 20 mothers. The results of the implementation of community service are planned to produce targeted outcomes, namely: Publication in newspapers and scientific journals. It is hoped that in the future this activity can be carried out in a sustainable and sustainable manner.]]>
