<![CDATA[Abstract. The results of the researchers' initial observations carried out at the Gita Asrama Mandala Foundation Vocational High School (SMK) found that there were still many students throwing rubbish carelessly, there was a lack of availability of clean water in latrines, many students were swearing, and there was a lack of awareness among members of mosquito larvae. The aim of this research is to find out how knowledge is related to the implementation of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) of SMK students at the Gita Asrama Mandala Foundation, Denpasar. This research used an analytical observational method with a Cross Sectional approach. The results showed that the knowledge value was in the good category with a percentage of 43.2% and the application of PHBS is in the good category with a percentage of 56.8%. The statistical test results used the chi-square test asymp.sig (2-sided) value of 0.000 α (0.05). It also has a level of relationship with a Contingency Coefficient (CC) value = 0.334, which indicates that the relationship between the knowledge variable and the implementation of PHBS is low. The management of the Gita Asrama Mandala Denpasar Foundation Vocational High School is expected to further increase students' knowledge, especially understanding the importance of implementing PHBS in the school environment and its surroundings.Keywords: Knowledge, application of PHBS, vocational school students]]>
