A company always hopes to achieve better progress. To achieve this goal, the company willtry to improve employee performance. To improve employee performance, it is necessary toimplement detailed guidelines and provide compensation for the contribution given. Researchhas been conducted regarding the Effect of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) andincentives on employee performance at PT. Mandiri Taspen Bandar Lampung. This researchused a quantitative approach to test the stated hypothesis. In this study, the paper used aclosed questionnaire, namely a questionnaire where the answers were already available. Therespondent just had to choose the answer according to the question. In this study, thepopulation consisted of all employees at PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen Bandar Lampung, ofwhich there were 44 employees. The sampling technique was a saturated sample where allmembers of the population were sampled. Data processing was carried out throughtabulation and carried out validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, linearity tests, andmulticollinearity tests. The data analysis used multiple linear regression techniques. Thehypothesis used a t-test and F-test.
