<![CDATA[Village Community Empowerment is an important effort in improving economic and social welfare. This community service program aims to empower the village community through training in making sweet corn sticks as an alternative business, involving a series of training covering the production process, packaging, and marketing of sweet corn sticks. The results of this community service activity show an increase in the skills and knowledge of the community in Pucak Village, Tompobulu District, Maros Regency in the production of sweet corn sticks, as well as the potential for increased income for the community through this business. The method used in this activity is training in making sweet corn sticks, which includes delivering material related to entrepreneurship, product diversification, and hands-on practice in making sweet corn sticks. After the training, an evaluation is conducted to assess the community's level of understanding and skills. In addition, the service team also provides assistance in the production and marketing processes. Furthermore, this community service activity aims to foster a sense of self-confidence and independence among the community in running small businesses, so this training is expected to serve as a model for community empowerment that is sustainable and provides long-term positive impacts, becoming a model for empowering other village communities ]]>
