Healthcare quality has long been a concern for both private and government healthcare providers worldwide. The integrity and competitiveness of a country's healthcare structure are measured by the quality of healthcare services provided. This study aims to analyze the quality of inpatient services. This research uses a qualitative approach by conducting interviews with 10 informants. The results of this study reveal several important findings regarding the quality of inpatient services at RSUD Cililin: physical facilities need to be improved to ensure patient comfort and health, service reliability needs to be enhanced, especially in the consistency of nurse responses and doctor explanations, and the responsiveness of nurses and other medical personnel needs to be more attuned to patient needs and complaints. Additionally, assurance in service, such as complete explanations from doctors and polite and professional treatment from medical staff, must be ensured to instill patient trust. Lastly, the empathy of medical staff needs to be increased so that all patients feel treated fairly and personally. In conclusion, the quality of inpatient services at RSUD Cililin needs improvement in terms of physical facilities, service reliability and responsiveness, service assurance, and medical staff empathy to ensure patient comfort, trust, and satisfaction.
