Learning media has an important role for students. The accuracy of choosing media needs to adjust the needs analysis. Based on the results of the needs analysis at SDN 1 Pujon Lor, it requires the use of learning media that attracts students' attention equipped with colorful illustrations and designs. This study uses development research with the type of RnD research using the ADDIE model through five stages, namely analysis, planning (design), development (development), implementation (implementation), and evaluation (evaluation). The results of the study were obtained from the validation questionnaire of material experts, media, teachers, and students. The results of the validation of material experts obtained a percentage value of 76% and the validation of media experts obtained a percentage value of 89%. In this acquisition, the EKSPRO animation media (Procedural Text) was categorized as suitable for use in the learning process. The EKSPRO animation media (Procedural Text) was assessed in the form of a questionnaire to students and teachers. The results of the student response questionnaire obtained a percentage value of 94% and the teacher response questionnaire obtained a percentage value of 90%. The results of these values can be categorized as very suitable for learning.
