Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL)learning model assisted by wordwall media on the critical thinking skills of studentsin the office management expertise program class X of SMK Ketintang Surabaya.The research method used is an experiment with a quasi-experimental design. Thesample consisted of 35 students of class X MP 2 as the experimental class and 36students of class X MP 3 as the control class. The research data were obtained fromtest results, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques usednormality tests, homogeneity tests, hypothesis tests, and gain score tests. Theresults of the hypothesis test, it can be concluded that there is a significant influenceon the posttest results between the control group and the experimental groupbecause the Sig. (2-tailed) value is less than 0.05. Thus it can be concluded that H1is accepted, it can be stated that the Problem Based Learning learning modelassisted by wordwall media in the basics of office management and businessservices subjects affects students' critical thinking skills. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk megetahui pengaruh model pembelajaranProblem Based Learning (PBL) berbantuan media wordwall terhadap kemampuanberpikir kritis siswa program keahlian manajemen perkantoran kelas X SMKKetintang Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu eksperimen dengandesain quasi experimental desaign. Sampel terdiri dari 35 siswa kelas X MP 2sebagai kelas eksperimen dan 36 siswa kelas X MP 3 sebagai kelas kontrol. Datapenelitian diperoleh dari hasil tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis datamenggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji hipotesis, dan uji gain score. Hasiluji hipotesis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan dalamhasil posttest antara kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen karena nilai Sig.(2-tailed) kurang dari 0,05. Dengan begitu dapat disimpulkan bahwa H1 diterimamaka dapat dinyatakan bahwa model pembelajaran Problem Based Learningberbantuan media wordwall pada mata pelajaran dasar-dasar manajemenperkantoran dan layanan bisnis mempengaruhi kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa.
