The development of digital technology has significantly influenced operational management within organizations, especially in human resource administration. This research aims to design and implement a web-based employee attendance system at Mom and Child Care Clinic to replace the conventional manual attendance method. Utilizing PHP and MySQL, the system enables real-time data recording, attendance monitoring, and comprehensive reporting. The research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach with case study methodology. Data collection involved literature review, observation, interviews, and documentation. The result is a responsive web application featuring modules for login, attendance input, data management, and report generation. The system enhances efficiency, transparency, and data accuracy in workforce management.
