The main problems in this study are 2, namely: Administrative Managerial of the Principal in improving quality in Elementary Schools and Operational Managerial of the Principal in improving quality in Elementary Schools. This research was conducted in Elementary Schools. This type of research is field research using descriptive qualitative analysis research methods, namely researchers observe and interact directly with the principal, teachers, quality and human resource development fields through interview, observation and documentation methods. The results of the study indicate that the administrative managerial of the principal in improving quality has been implemented quite effectively, which is indicated by all elements of administrative managerial having run according to the program from planning to supervision. The operational managerial of the principal in improving quality has been implemented quite effectively, which is indicated by all elements of operational management running functionally.
