<![CDATA[The study aims to test and analzye the influence of Competence, Motivation, and Job Satisfaction on the Performance of Gen Y and Z Employees at PT. Helpdezk Indonesia. The independent variables used are Competence, Motivation, and Job Satisfaction, while the dependen variable is Employee Performance. The data collection method in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaired to 75 employee respondents at PT. Helpdezk Indonesia. The research method used is a quantitative method that is associative using primary data. These result indicative that Competence has a positive and significant effect Employee Performance with a calculated t value greater than t table 13,533 > 1,666 and a signficant value of 0,000 < 0,05. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with a calculated t value grater than t table 3,467 > 1,666 and a significant value of 0,001 < 0,05. Job Satisfaction has a positive significant effect on Employee Performance with a calculated t value greater than the t table 2,661 > 1,666 and a significant value of 0,000 < 0,05. Together Competence, Motivation, and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with a calculated F value greater than the F table value 103,233 > 2,73.]]>
