Abstract

The study aims to test and analzye the influence of Competence, Motivation, and Job Satisfaction on the Performance of Gen Y and Z Employees at PT. Helpdezk Indonesia. The independent variables used are Competence, Motivation, and Job Satisfaction, while the dependen variable is Employee Performance. The data collection method in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaired to 75 employee respondents at PT. Helpdezk Indonesia. The research method used is a quantitative method that is associative using primary data. These result indicative that Competence has a positive and significant effect Employee Performance with a calculated t value greater than t table 13,533 > 1,666 and a signficant value of 0,000 < 0,05. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with a calculated t value grater than t table 3,467 > 1,666 and a significant value of 0,001 < 0,05. Job Satisfaction has a positive significant effect on Employee Performance with a calculated t value greater than the t table 2,661 > 1,666 and a significant value of 0,000 < 0,05. Together Competence, Motivation, and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with a calculated F value greater than the F table value 103,233 > 2,73.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, work involvement, and employee engagement on employee performance in the Tirta Kerta Raharja Regional Drinking Water Company, Tangerang Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The number of samples used was 84 employees who were selected through certain sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online through Google Form. The data obtained was then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software version 20. The results of the study show that organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Work engagement also has a positive and significant impact on performance. In addition, employee engagement shows a positive and significant influence in improving employee performance. Based on the results of the F test, organizational culture, work engagement, and employee engagement simultaneously significantly affect employee performance. This is shown by a Fcal value of 89.183 which is greater than Ftabel of 2.719 and a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. As such, companies need to strengthen organizational cultures that support productivity, increase employee engagement through active participation, and create a work environment that supports employee engagement. These three factors have been empirically proven to have an important role in improving the performance of human resources. Improving these aspects can have a positive impact on work effectiveness and the achievement of overall organizational goals. In addition, the company's management is expected to continue to conduct periodic evaluations of the conditions of work culture and employee involvement. Implementing HR management strategies that are responsive to employee needs is also very important in maintaining long-term motivation and commitment.

Abstract

The profitability of companies in the pharmaceutical and health research sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) plays an important role in supporting economic growth and meeting public health needs. Various factors, such as the presence of female commissioners who bring different perspectives in strategic decision-making, the level of cash holding as an indicator of liquidity, and leverage as a reflection of the capital structure, are believed to affect the company's profitability. This study aims to analyze the influence of female commissioners, cash holding, and leverage on the profitability of pharmaceutical and health research sub-sector companies on the IDX in the 2019-2023 period, both individually and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative method, the population in this study is companies included in the pharmaceutical and health research sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019-2023 period. A sample of the study was taken from all companies in the population that met certain criteria. The DKP variable had an insignificant negative influence on profitability with a significance value of 0.3694 (greater than 0.05). The CH variable also had an insignificant positive influence, with a significance value of 0.2101. Meanwhile, the DER variable showed a positive and significant influence on profitability with a significance value of 0.0133 (less than 0.05), which showed that the increase in DER had a real effect on increasing the company's profitability. The DKP and CH variables had an insignificant influence on profitability, as the significance value was greater than 0.05, although it showed a negative relationship for DKP and a positive relationship for CH. Meanwhile, the DER variable has a significant positive influence on profitability, because the significance value is less than 0.05, indicating that increasing DER can increase the company's profitability.
