Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh content marketing, influencer marketing, dan viral marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Wardah pada social commerce TikTok Shop. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini Non-Probability Sampling dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Jumlah sampel terdiri dari 100 responden yang pernah melakukan pembelian produk Wardah di TikTok Shop. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Content Marketing tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Wardah di TikTok Shop, 2) Influencer Marketing memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Wardah di TikTok Shop, 3) Viral Marketing memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Wardah di TikTok Shop.   This study aims to test and analyze the effect of content marketing, influencer marketing, and viral marketing on purchasing decisions for Wardah products on TikTok Shop social commerce. The type of research used is quantitative. The sampling technique used in this study was Non-Probability Sampling with Purposive Sampling technique. The sample size consisted of 100 respondents who had purchased Wardah products at TikTok Shop. The data collection technique in this study was to distribute questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that: 1) Content Marketing has no effect on purchasing decisions for Wardah products at TikTok Shop, 2) Influencer Marketing has an influence on purchasing decisions for Wardah products at TikTok Shop, 3) Viral Marketing has an influence on purchasing decisions for Wardah products at TikTok Shop
