<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan SDM terhadap kinerja pegawai dimediasi komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pegawai Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Maluku Utara. Jumlah sampel penelian adalah sebanyak 125 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan analisis SEM dengan menggunakan Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 4 sebagai alat uji statistik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pengembangan SDM tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; (2) Pengembangan SDM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi; (3) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (4) Komitmen organisasi mampu memediasi pengaruh pengembangan SDM terhadap kinerja pegawai. This study aims to determine the effect of HR development on employee performance mediated by organizational commitment. This study is a quantitative study. The population in this study were employees of the North Maluku Province Education and Culture Office. The number of research samples was 125 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study was SEM analysis using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) version 4 as a statistical test tool. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Human resource development does not have a significant effect on employee performance; (2) Human resource development has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment; (3) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (4) Organizational commitment is able to mediate the effect of human resource development on employee performance. ]]>
