<![CDATA[Abstract: The results of this study indicate that in the Multiple Correlation Analysis (R) it can be seen that the magnitude of the influence of discipline that has been calculated with the correlation coefficient is 0.706, this means that work discipline has a strong influence on employee performance. Thus it can be concluded that this indicates that if work discipline gets better, employee performance will also increase or get better. And in the Partial Coefficient Test (t Test) the tcount value> ttable. The table value can be seen at the percentage point of the t distribution. then the independent variable (X) (independent) is discipline (5.507> 2.015) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that partially there is an influence of work discipline (independent) on employee performance (dependent). Keywords: Work Discipline, Employee Performance Abstrak: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Pada Analisis Korelasi Ganda (R) dapat diketahui bahwa besarnya pengaruh disiplin yang telah dihitung dengan koefisien korelasi adalah 0,706, hal ini berarti disiplin kerja mempunyai pengaruh kuat terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hal ini menandakan apabila disiplin kerja menjadi semakin baik, maka kinerja karyawan juga akan meningkat atau menjadi semakin baik. Dan Pada Uji Koefisien Secara Parsial (Uji t) nilai thitung > ttabel. Nilai tabel dapat dilihat pada titik presentase distribusi t. maka Variabel bebas (X) (independent) yaitu disiplin (5,507 > 2,015) maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima artinya secara persial ada pengaruh disiplin kerja (independent) terhadap kinerja karyawan (dependent).
