The aim of this research is to review the effectiveness of the Service for Making Loss Reporting Certificates (SKTLK) at the East Java Regional Police's Integrated Police Service Center (SPKT). This research adopts qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data was obtained through interviews, direct observation, collecting documentation. Data sources were obtained through primary and secondary data. The main focus of this research is to review service effectiveness, namely timeliness of service, waiting time and processing time; service accuracy, which includes error-free; politeness and friendliness in providing services; ease of obtaining services, the result of collaboration. The results obtained by the author are that the effectiveness of the service in making a loss report certificate has been successfully carried out. The success of this effectiveness is easy access to services through simple procedures and supporting facilities. Apart from that, the friendliness and politeness of police employees has had a positive impact in the form of increasing public satisfaction and trust in public services.
