This study is a pseudo-experimental research that aims to determine the influence of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model on self-efficacy, learning motivation and cognitive learning outcomes of students. The population of this study is all students of class XI MIPA at SMA Negeri 11 Enrekang. The sampling technique uses a random sampling technique to select two equivalent study groups out of four study groups. The research sample used was class XI BIO 2 as an experimental class with a PBL learning model with a total of 25 students, and class XI BIO 3 as a control class with a conventional learning model with a total of 25 students. The research data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics with covariance analysis (ANACOVA) using SPSS with a significant level of 0.05. Based on the results of the Anacova test, the P-value of students' self-efficacy perception was 0.000<0.05, the P-value of learning motivation perception was 0.000<0.05 and the P-value of cognitive learning outcomes was 0.000<0.05, so it can be stated that the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model is significantly different from the perception of self-efficacy, learning motivation and cognitive learning outcomes of students in class XI of MIPA SMA Negeri 11 Enrekang.
