<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the role of teachers in overcoming bullying at Bungkus State Elementary School. The method used is descriptive qualitative through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the forms of bullying that occur bullying verbal. Teachers play an active role in prevention, handling, coaching, motivators, direction, evaluation and counseling with an educational approach and involving parents and schools. The impact of bullying is felt by victims, perpetrators, and the school environment. The role of teachers is very important in fostering student character and creating a safe, inclusive, and harmonious learning environment for all school residents.]]>
