This research aims to: (1) develop learning media in the form of a digital fable story book based on the local wisdom of North Sumatra, and (2) test the feasibility of the media. The method used in this study is Research and Development (R&D) with the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate), However, this study is limited to the Develop stage in accordance with level 1 R&D. The resulting product is a digital fable story book based on the Local Wisdom of North Sumatra. This media is designed using the Canva and FlipBuilder applications, this media contains three fable stories by linking the local wisdom of North Sumatra and the characteristics of the Malay, Javanese, and Karo tribes and is equipped with illustrations, semi-motion animations, and audio. The subjects in this study were media expert validators, material experts, language experts, and learning experts. The validation results showed the following levels of feasibility: media expert validation with a score of 98% (very feasible), material expert validation with a score of 97% (very feasible), language expert validation with a score of 94% (very feasible). validation of learning experts (class teachers) is 98% (very feasible). From the results obtained an average feasibility of 96.75% included in the category of "very feasible". The results of the study indicate that the digital fable story book based on local wisdom of North Sumatra is declared very feasible as an innovative media in learning Indonesian narrative texts for class III while introducing local cultural values.
