<![CDATA[In the era of modern education, learning approaches oriented towards deeper learning have increasingly gained special attention, especially in the context of early childhood education. This study employs a qualitative method with a literature review approach. The findings indicate that deep learning in early childhood education emphasizes the development of profound understanding as well as critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration skills in accordance with the demands of the 21st century and Islamic values. The implementation of this approach in Raudhatul Athfal (RA) is carried out through interactive learning methods such as project-based learning and reflective discussions that comprehensively integrate religious values and the 4C skills. The role of RA supervisors is crucial as educational facilitators who not only perform administrative supervision but also provide technical guidance, motivation, and facilitation to teachers to ensure the effective application of deep learning. Therefore, supervisors act as a bridge between policy and practice on the ground to guarantee holistic learning quality oriented towards the optimal development of children’s potential.
