The purpose of this study is to determine various methods and strategies in optimizing inclusive education in elementary schools. The method used is a qualitative literature review with the PRISMA approach. From the results of the search for 8 articles, both national and international, that meet the criteria: relevant to inclusive education in elementary schools, published in scientific journals in the last five years, and focusing on various ways to strive for inclusive education in elementary schools. The results of the study indicate that the success of inclusive education in elementary schools is highly dependent on teacher readiness, managerial support, disability-friendly infrastructure, and collaboration between schools, parents, and stakeholders.
