This research was conducted because there is a phenomenon that occurs, namely a de-crease in employee performance, especially in the production division. The purpose of this study was to test and determine the effect of job training and compensation on the per-formance of production division employees. This type of research is included in the type of explanatory research or research that explains the causal relationship between several var-iables through hypothesis testing with quantitative analysis methods. This study has a population of 70 respondents with a sample size of 70 respondents with a sampling tech-nique that is saturated sample. The test tool used to test this research tool is multiple linear regression analysis supported by validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS version 25.0 programme. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the job training variable has a significant and posi-tive effect on employee performance partially, then the compensation variable has a sig-nificant and positive effect on employee performance partially. And the variable relation-ship between job training and compensation together can significantly and positively af-fect employee performance variables.
