This study discusses the partnership program and its impact on the socio-economic life of village communities around the working area of Perum Perhutani KPH Jombang. The research used a descriptive method with a narrative approach to describe events, behaviors, and phenomena in the field. The findings show that the sugarcane agroforestry partnership program has experienced progress and achieved success despite facing various challenges. Supporting factors include government policy, community interest in increasing income, and support from Perum Perhutani KPH Jombang. Several obstacles remain, such as limited public understanding, lack of outreach, restricted access to capital, and complex social dynamics. The program has contributed to economic improvement through increased income and to social change through shifts in behavior and the emergence of conflict. Increasing public understanding through interactive outreach activities and group discussions using accessible methods is necessary. Continuous outreach and effective communication through established forums are strategic steps to minimize conflict and ensure the program runs more effectively and sustainably. Keywords: Agroforestry, Partnership Program, Socio-Economic.
