<![CDATA[The prohibition of vehicles crossing certain areas referred to in Medan Mayor Regulation number 13 of 2016 refers to the type of goods vehicle/truck with a tonnage of, Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) above 3,000 (three thousand) kilograms. Heavy tonnage trucks have many impacts on safety and comfort in traffic. The part that touches on safety is such as the occurrence of accidents and comfort in traffic such as frequent traffic jams and can damage infrastructure. One factor in this problem is the lack of driver awareness to comply with existing regulations. This study aims to determine the implementation of Medan Mayor Regulation no. 13 of 2016. In Siyasah Dusturiyah, this regulation is a form of state governance that aims for public order and welfare, the community, so that its implementation must be supported by fair and effective policies so that the goal of mutual benefit can be achieved. This study uses a type of legal, empirical research, this study focuses on data collection in the field, such as observation, and interviews with related parties to determine the implementation of Medan Mayor Regulation no. 13 of 2016.]]>
