This community service report was prepared to describe the socialization activities of Injury Prevention and Care at the Special Sports Talent High School (SMANKO) in South Sulawesi. This activity was held on Thursday, July 10, 2025, at the SMANKO of South Sulawesi Indoor Field to increase students' awareness and knowledge about the importance of first aid in handling injuries and appropriate steps to prevent further complications. These activities include counseling, practical demonstrations, and interactive discussions involving educators and students. The results of this activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of injury handling procedures, as well as motivation to apply this knowledge in daily life. It is hoped that this socialization can be the first step in forming a generation that can overcome emergencies quickly and appropriately, as well as support the creation of a safe school environment that cares about health
