Proses moulting berjalan dengan baik diperlukan yakni suplemen tambahan agar dapat membantu terjadinya pada saat proses terjadinya moulting. Salah satu bahan alternatif yang diduga dapat dimanfaatkan adalah cacahan batang pisang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui performa pertumbuhan, kelangsungan hidup, FCR dan kualitas air selama penelitian serta mengetahui lama perlakuan perendaman cacahan batang pisang tertinggi dalam pemeliharaan lobster air tawar. Metode penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 taraf perlakuan dengan 3 kali ulangan dengan konsentrasi 5 g/l. pada perlakuan P0: Kontrol, P1: Perendaman Cacahan batang pisang pergantian 3 hari sekali, P2: Perendaman Cacahan batang pisang pergantian 7 hari sekali, P3: Perendaman Cacahan batang pisang tanpa pergantian. Data Parameter pertumbuhan, kelangsungan hidup dan FCR dianalisis dengan SPSS versi 16.0 dengan analisis ragam (ANOVA) pada selang kepercayaan 95%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perendaman cacahan batang pisang dengan konsentrasi 5 gram/liter berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan berat, pertumbuhan panjang, rasio konversi pakan dan kelangsungan hidup lobster air tawar. 2. Hasil lama Perendeman yang tertinggi selama penelitian yaitu pada pelakuan P3 perendaman cacahan batang pisang tanpa pergantian dengan konsentrasi 5 gram/liter. Menghasilkan pertumbuhan berat mutlak sebesar 2,61 gr, pertumbuhan panjang mutlak sebesar 3,11 cm, rasio konversi pakan sebesar 1,70, dan tingkat kelangsungan hidup 100.00%.The moulting process in crayfish is running well, namely additional supplements are needed to help the process of moulting. One alternative material that is thought to be able to be used is shredded banana stems. The purpose of this study was to determine the growth performance, survival, FCR and water quality during the study and to determine the duration of the highest banana stem immersion treatment in crayfish maintenance. The research method used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatment levels with 3 replications with a concentration of 5 g / l. in treatment P0: Control, P1: Soaking Banana Stem Shreds every 3 days, P2: Soaking Banana Stem Shreds every 7 days, P3: Soaking Banana Stem Shreds without replacement. Data on growth parameters, survival and FCR were analyzed using SPSS version 16.0 with analysis of variance (ANOVA) at a 95% confidence interval. Based on the results of the study, it showed that soaking banana stem shreds with a concentration of 5 grams/liter affected weight growth, length growth, feed conversion ratio and survival of crayfishs. 2. The highest soaking time results during the study were in the P3 treatment of soaking banana stem shreds without replacement with a concentration of 5 grams/liter. Producing an absolute weight growth of 2.61 grams, an absolute length growth of 3.11 cm, a feed conversion ratio of 1.70, and a survival rate of 100.00%.
