This study aims to describe the implementation of entrepreneurial competencies of the principal at SMK Negeri 2 Biau. The entrepreneurial competencies studied include innovation, collaboration, motivation, and entrepreneurial spirit. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Research informants consisted of the principal, teachers, staff, and alumni. The results show that the principal of SMK Negeri 2 Biau has implemented entrepreneurial competencies optimally. Innovation is realized through the development of teaching factories and industry-based entrepreneurship programs. Cooperation is well established with the business world, industry, and the school committee. The principal is also able to motivate teachers and students through providing support and appreciation, and demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit in the courage to take risks and manage the school's business units. The implementation of these four indicators has a positive impact on improving the quality and independence of vocational schools. This study recommends that principals continue to improve their entrepreneurial capacity to strengthen the competitiveness of graduates in the workplace.
