Abstract

Public service is a problem that is still an interesting issue, because until now the bureaucracy has not been able to provide quality services to the community as service recipients, this is because the service process is still convoluted, the bureaucratic flow is still rigid and unable to provide guarantees for certainty of service time, limited human resources and facilities and infrastructure make the quality of service for the management of E-KTP and KK at the Civil Registry Office of Buol Regency still not optimal. The purpose of conducting the research was to find out and describe the quality of service for managing E-KTP and KK at the Dukcapil Distric of Buol Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, because it wants to reveal how the service quality of E-KTP and KK management at the Dukcapil Distric of Buol Regency. The research location was the Dukcapil Distric of Buol Regency, the data analysis technique used Milles and Huberman. The results showed that the service quality of E-KTP and KK arrangements at the Civil Registry Office of Buol Regency, seen from the aspects of tangibles (direct evidence), reliability (reliability), the level of human resources was still limited to responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. optimal, because it still has limited facilities (buildings) and infrastructure, the condition of the service room is narrow, because the Dis Dukcapil building manages KTP and KK so that it is unable to accommodate the number of people, the service staff is relatively slow in providing services, the service officers are not friendly in providing services. Discrepancies in the time/hours of service officers in providing services; and most consumers do not feel any special attention from service officers to consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze "Village Head Leadership in Increasing Community Participation in Kwalabesar Village. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques using observation sheets or direct interviews with respondents. The results of this study are that the construction of road infrastructure in the village of Kwala Besar has not been running as it should. And community participation in road construction activities in the village of Kualabesar is still very low. So the results of the Village Head's leadership research in Kwalabesar Village have not yet built productive collaboration between the village government and the community. this means that the village government has not been able to encourage the community to actively participate in infrastructure development productively in good cooperative bonds. The conclusion of this study is that there are two indicators that have been running but not optimal, namely influencing society and achieving organizational goals. While indicators that have not been effective is productive cooperation. Where based on research findings that because road construction work is hampered, it makes people lack confidence and no longer want to participate in infrastructure development in the village of Kwalabesar. So that the community lacks trust and no longer wants to participate in development in the village. This means that the village head's leadership style has not succeeded in creating an atmosphere of productive cooperation between the government and the people in the village

Abstract

This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 3 Limboto with the aim of knowing the Impact of the Online Learning System Policy at SMP Negeri 3 Limboto. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques used observation sheets or direct interviews with informants. The results of this study indicate that there are impacts arising from the implementation of the Online Learning System Policy at Limboto 3 Public Middle School, namely student acceptance of ineffective learning materials, no emotional bonds between students and teachers, and can be the cause of the growth of a lazy attitude in oneself. student. The conclusion from this study is that there is a positive impact, namely that students can be avoided from the spread of the corona virus, can improve the soul of teachers and parents and can save time and money as well as a negative impact so that student acceptance of learning materials is not effective, bonds are not established. emotional relationship between students and teachers, and can be the cause of the growth of lazy attitudes in students.

Abstract

Puskesmas is the leading functional, administrative and physical unit that carries out various main health businesses in an area that directly provide services to the community (Wardanengsih et al., 2019) Quality health services are health services that can satisfy every service user health in accordance with the level of satisfaction of the average population and its implementation in accordance with the existing code of ethics and professional service standards. Dansky said that customer or patient satisfaction is the basic principle of quality quality management (Machmud, 2008). The purpose of this study was to determine the level of outpatient patient satisfaction on patient satisfaction at the Biau Health Center, Buol District. The type of research used is descriptive. Conclusion The quality of outpatient unit health services for patient satisfaction at the Biau Health Center is not optimal because in terms of ability there are still some nurses who still need assistance in terms of taking action besides that there are still some facilities and infrastructure that are still lacking such as infusion poles and infusion tubes. the supply of medical devices and drug stocks are often empty, resulting in a large number of patients who have to be referred to advanced hospitals. One of the most fundamental elements of quality service management is continuous employee development through education and training.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how the Implementation of Management Information System Policy (SIM RS) at RSUD Dr. MM Dunda Limboto. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive type. Data collection techniques are using observation sheets or direct interviews with informants. The results of this study are 1). Patient data collection often experiences problems with internet services with limited capacity, so patient data is always late. 2) The quality of the internet network is often an obstacle for SIMRS administrative officers who are not only accepting patients in general, but must pay attention to the quality of service in the form of increasing internet network capacity. So it can be concluded that the quality of administrative services based on the implementation of the hospital management information system (SIMRS) in patient care at RSUD. Dr. MM Dunda Limboto, Gorontalo Regency cannot be said to have run optimally because it still has obstacles, especially regarding facilities and infrastructure such as the internet network which is still slow and takes a long time.

Abstract

Adolescence is a transitional period between childhood to adulthood. At this time, adolescents experience development to reach physical, mental, social and emotional maturity. At this time the emotional state of adolescents is still unstable because it is closely related to hormonal conditions. Adolescent emotions dominate and control themselves more than realistic thoughts (Hurlock, 1980) in (Surbakti, 2017). This research was conducted in Dunggala Village, Bonebolango District, with the objectives (1) To determine the level of addiction to online games in adolescents in Dunggala Village. , (2) To determine social adjustment in adolescents in Dunggala Village, (3) To determine the relationship between online game addiction and social adjustment in adolescents in Dunggala Village. This research uses quantitative methods. The research subjects were 50 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling. In collecting data, researchers use a scale. Data analysis in this study used the Compare means test for linearity and simple linear regression analysis. The results of the research conducted found that (1) the level of online game addiction among adolescents in Dunggala Village was in the moderate category with a percentage of 66% (33 people) while ( 2) the level of social adjustment for adolescents in Dunggala Village is also in the moderate category with a percentage of 70% (35 people). (3) It is also known (F= 3.464 with p = 0.003 and R^2 = 0.016), which means that there is a significant relationship between online game addiction and social adjustment in adolescents in Dunggala Village, Bone Bolango Regency.

Abstract

Career development patterns are assessed based on indicators as explained in Permenpan RB No 22 of 2021 using principles including professionalism and transparency, integrity and fairness. The research objectives are: 1). Employee career development policies in general and staffing departments at Pratama Hospital, reviewed from: a). ASN Competency Standards, b). Discipline Development, c). Competency Development and Career Development, d). Years of service. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, the research location is at Pratama Hospital. Data collection techniques were in the form of observation, interviews and documentation which were then analyzed using qualitative data based on Miles and Huberman's concepts. The research results show that: 1). Employee career development policies in general and staffing departments at Pratama Hospital, reviewed from: a). ASN Competency Standards, b). Discipline Development, c). Competency Development and Career Development, d). Working Period, e). Employee Profile has been implemented but not optimal. ASN competency standards in the aspects of technical and socio-cultural competence have not been implemented optimally because not all employees have the opportunity to attend training and there are still sectoral egos between each individual. Abstract

The Village Consultative Body, hereinafter referred to as the BPD, is an institution which is the embodiment of democracy in supervising the administration of village governance as an element of the BPD's function of accommodating and channeling community aspirations. As the subject of development, of course, community members should be involved in determining development plans so that the development plans to be implemented can directly touch the needs of the community. However, despite having a very strategic position, many BPDs are still not optimal in carrying out their functions. The research objective is to determine the role and function of the BPD in Kantanan Village. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, the research location is in Kantanan Village. Data collection techniques were in the form of observation, interviews and documentation which were then analyzed using qualitative data based on Miles and Huberman's concepts. The results showed that the function of the Kantanan Village Consultative Body in supervising village regulations and the village spending income budget had been implemented properly, although the research results found obstacles such as lack of facilities and outreach, as well as technical guidelines that should have been provided by the Kantanan village government. The biggest inhibiting factors in the implementation of BPD supervision of the Kantanan Village Government are allowances from BPD members, facilities, and understanding of the duties and functions of the BPD in administering Village Government, as well as other factors, such as mental attitude, and existing customary/family factors.

Abstract

This study aims to implement policies for elderly welfare services in Morowali district. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method and data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Selection of 5 informants using a purposive technique by following the procedure, namely data reduction, data exposure and drawing conclusions (verification). The guideline is socializing the police and the mechanisms for implementing the elderly wafare service resources, the availability of both human resources and resources in the form of physical facilities (facilities and infrastructure) is very influential in the successful implementation of the elderly welfare service policy. This resource indicator cannot be said to be ineffective, especially in relation to honorarium. The disposition/attitude of the implementer, the attitude of the implementer of the Elderly Welfare service policy is very good, especially for the elderly companion because even though they do not get an honorarium or wages for what they do, they still carry out the tasks given voluntarily and voluntarily. with an open heart. The bureaucratic structure that refers to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in the Implementation of Elderly Welfare Service Policies in Morowali Regency is quite well implemented according to the applicable policy rules even though the facilities and infrastructure are still minimal

Abstract

This study aims: to find out how the Implementation of the Assistance Program for Persons with Severe Disabilities (ASPDB) in the Social Service Office of North Gorontalo Regency. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The results of the study found that the implementation of the ASPDB program in Kwandang District, Gorontalo Regency has not been carried out properly, this is because in terms of the number of Human Resources (HR) who carry out the program is not enough so that it cannot handle almost all areas in the sub-district. In addition, it was found that the replacement of participants who died was so long because they had to wait for a Decree from the Ministry of Social Affairs so that this could affect in renewing program participation. In addition, what is obtained is that the process of disbursement of funds for this program is not always on time because it also has to wait for instructions from the center and of course because of disbursement through banks, this can also affect the timeliness of funds to reach the hands of program participants.
