<![CDATA[This study uses an experimental method, namely Quasi Experimental Design with a design form of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sample in this study consisted of two classes totaling 20 students in the experimental class and 13 students in the control class. The research instrument used was a test in the form of 10 multiple-choice questions, and for the observation sheet, observations were made assisted by the class teacher as an observer of students' attitudes during the learning process. The results of the study using the number wheel media on multiplication material obtained the results of the average pretest calculation of the experimental class of 60.50 and at the time of the posttest increased to 84.00. The results of this study are said to have a significant difference. Because, the significance value of 0.023 <0.05 then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of using the number wheel teaching aids has a significant effect on student learning outcomes in mathematics learning on multiplication material in class III of SD Negeri 4 Sp Padang.]]>
