Education has an important part in improving the human resources quality, with the principal playing a main part in managing resources and making a conducive work climate. This mini reserch purpose is analyzing and describing the implementation of the head master transformational leadership at the UPT SD Negeri 03 Muaradua and its impact on teacher work motivation. The study focuses on four main dimensions according to Bernard M. Bass: idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. Furthermore, this study evaluates the level of teacher work motivation, reflected in the aspects of responsibility, commitment, discipline, work enthusiasm, and professional development, and identifies supporting and inhibiting factors in their implementation. The novelty of this study lies in its location at the UPT level of elementary schools in South OKU Regency, which has rarely been studied empirically, with a particular emphasis on work motivation as the main impact variable. The results are expected providing contributions in theory, theoretically the contributions to the study of educational leadership and practical recommendations for principals to optimize leadership practices to improve the quality of studying and the professionality of teacher.

This study aims to analyze the implications of teacher certification on the quality of learning by examining pedagogical aspects and TPACK-based technology integration. The research was conducted at SDN 131 Palembang for 20 days using a qualitative approach with participant observation, semi-structured interviews and documentation methods. Observations were conducted to examine classroom interactions and the use of instructional technology. The findings indicate that certified teachers generally demonstrate good pedagogical competence and are able to create interactive learning environments. However, the implementation of TPACK varies, and not all teachers optimally integrate technology into their teaching practices. In addition to certification, factors such as teacher motivation, school environment, and facility support also influence learning quality. Therefore, teacher certification alone does not fully guarantee improved learning quality without continuous professional support.

Kinerja guru merupakan indikator penting dalam penguatan mutu pendidikan dasar karena berhubungan langsung dengan mutu proses pembelajaran. Artikel ini bertujuan menelaah literatur tentang peran budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja dalam menjelaskan kinerja guru, sekaligus merumuskan implikasi bagi sekolah dasar perkotaan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan systematic literature review melalui Publish or Perish berbasis Google Scholar dengan kata kunci "teacher performance" AND "organizational culture" AND "motivation". Dari 77 artikel yang teridentifikasi, 33 artikel jurnal ditetapkan sebagai korpus akhir setelah proses seleksi, penilaian kelayakan, dan penyaringan kesesuaian tematik. Data dianalisis melalui sintesis naratif-tematik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berfungsi sebagai konteks nilai, norma, komunikasi, kolaborasi, dan dukungan kelembagaan, sedangkan motivasi kerja memperkuat komitmen, disiplin, ketekunan, dan tanggung jawab guru. Kajian ini menegaskan bahwa kinerja guru perlu dipahami melalui keterpaduan faktor organisasional, psikologis-individual, dan manajerial.

This study aims to improve Indonesian language learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 85 Palembang on the topic of synonyms and antonyms by implementing unplaged media for 21st-century learning and applying the information for investigation method. The study employed a classroom action research (car) design carried out in several cycles, including planning, implementing the action, observing, and reflecting. The participants were 28 fifth-grade students. Data were collected through learning achievement tests, observations of students' and teachers' activities, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted quantitatively for test scores and qualitatively for learning activities. The findings indicate that the use of unplaged media combined with the information for investigation method effectively enhances students' learning outcomes. Mastery learning increases from cycle to cycle, reflected in the rise of the average scores and the proportion of students who meet the minimum mastery criterion (KKTP). In addition, students' learning activities also improved, including greater participation in discussions, improved ability to gather information from learning materials, and increased confidence in presenting investigation results. Therefore, the study concludes that applying un plaged media in 21st-century learning with the information for investigation method is effective for improving Indonesian language learning outcomes on synonyms and antonyms for fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 85 Palembang

This study aims to describe and analyze the managerial characteristics of school principals in improving learning quality at SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Raja. A qualitative case study design was employed, involving eleven informants selected purposively, including the principal, vice-principals, teachers, and administrative staff. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews, structured observation, and document review, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. Findings reveal five prominent managerial characteristics: data-driven program planning, proportional leadership distribution, coaching-oriented academic supervision, continuous quality evaluation, and facilitation of teachers' professional development alongside technology integration. Over three academic years, the mean final examination score improved by 10.6%, graduation rates reached 100%, and curriculum implementation rose from 78.5% to 91.6%. These results demonstrate that effective managerial characteristics of school principals make a tangible contribution to the sustained improvement of learning quality.

This study aiims to determine the effect of using ainimaited film mediai on elementairy school students’ Indonesiain lainguaige leairning outcomes. The baickground of this reseairch is baised on the low leairning outcomes aind the laick of engaiging leairning mediai used in the claissroom. This study employed ai quaintitaitive method with ain experimentail design using pretest aind posttest techniques. The saimple consisted of aill fourth-graide students, totailing 24 pairticipaints. Daitai collection techniques included tests, observaition, aind documentaition. The results showed thait the use of ainimaited film mediai haid ai positive effect on improving students’ leairning outcomes. This is indicaited by ai significaint difference between pretest aind posttest scores. Therefore, ainimaited film mediai cain be ain effective ailternaitive to enhaince the quaility of Indonesiain lainguaige leairning in elementairy schools.

This study uses the R&D (Research and Development) research method with ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) stages. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation and interviews conducted at the analysis stage, questionnaires and documentation conducted at the development and implementation stages. Data analysis techniques used are validity analysis, practicality analysis and effectiveness analysis of educational media. The subjects in this study were fifth-grade students of SDN 1 Kandis and the object to be studied was animated video educational media on inorganic waste management. The results of the study showed that the validation test of educational media by three experts in the fields of education and the environment obtained an average percentage score of 94.44% with a very valid category. At the stage of implementing animated video educational media in fifth grade, the average student response score was 91.05%, so the media was declared very practical. Furthermore, an effectiveness test was carried out which obtained an average score of 89.06%, from the results obtained, the animated video educational media was declared very effective. Based on the results obtained, it can be seen that the animated video educational media for inorganic waste management in grade V of SDN 1 Kandis is categorized as valid, practical, and effective for implementation in elementary schools. The animated video educational media can help students understand the material on inorganic waste management.

Media Educaplay adalah flatform online yang menyediakan berbagai jenis permainan dan aktivitas interaktif untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dalam proses pembelajaran, khususnya pada mata pelajaran IPAS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh penggunaan media Educaplay terhadap minat belajar siswa pada materi Metamorfosis di SD Negeri 11 Sembawa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Kuantitatif dengan desain Pre-Eksperimen designs dengan jenis One-Group Pre-Test Post-Test Designs, Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas III yang berjumlah 32 siswa, dengan menggunakan Teknik pengumpulan data total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah test, kuesioner (angket), dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan uji hopotesis yang dilakukan oleh peneliti yaitu menggunakan Uji-t (Paired Samples test) diperoleh hasil thitung 6,416 dan nilai ttabel 0,349 dengan df = N-2 dimana N = 32 df = 30 (a = 0,05). sehingga thitung = 6,416 > 0,349. Maka dapat disimpulkan Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Artinya terdapat Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Educaplay terhadap minat belajar siswa pada materi metamorfosis di SD Negeri 11 Sembawa

Kemajuan pendidikan pada saat ini menuntut adanya inovasi dalam proses pembelajaran, melalui pemanfaatan lingkungan sekolah sebagai sumber belajar. Pembelajaran tidak hanya berfokus pada materi di dalam kelas, melainkan juga menekankan pada pengalaman langsung sejalan dengan Kurikulum Merdeka yang menekankan pentingnya pembelajaran aktif, kreatif, dan inovatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pemanfaatan lingkungan sekolah sebagai sumber belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) di SD Negeri 19 Sembawa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Teknik analisis data yang peneliti gunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan lingkungan sekolah sebagai sumber belajar dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi yang dipelajari, khususnya tentang bagian tubuh tumbuhan. Simpulan dari penelitian ini ialah pemanfaatan lingkungan sekolah sebagai sumber belajar pada pembelajaran IPA di SD Negeri 19 Sembawa sudah di implementasikan dengan baik

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya Efektivitas Model Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran IPAS di Kelas IV SD Negeri 12 Sembawa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Kuantitatif Eksperimen yaitu True Eksperimen Design dengan jenis Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas IVA dan IVB yang berjumlah 58 siswa, dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis yang dilakukan oleh peneliti yaitu menggunakan Uji-t (independent sample t-test) dan uji N-Gain. Uji-t di peroleh hasil thitung 7,583 dan nilai ttabel 2,009. Sehingga thitung = 7,583 > 2,009. Maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak dan Uji N-Gain di kelas eksperimen sebesar 78,57% dan di kelas kontrol sebesar 44,44% Artinya dikelas eksperimen dinyatakan efektif karena dari hasil uji N-Gain Score siswa mengalami peningkatan hasil belajar pada Mata Pelajaran IPAS di kelas IV SD Negeri 12 Sembawa.
