This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at TK Handayani 1 Muaro Jambi, focusing on the challenges encountered by teachers and the strategies applied in learning activities. A descriptive qualitative method was used, involving interviews with two early childhood educators. The findings reveal several obstacles such as limited facilities, difficulties in applying interest-based approaches, and lack of contextual learning media. To overcome these issues, teachers implemented outdoor learning, character-building projects, and collaboration within learning communities. The Merdeka Curriculum is considered to offer more flexible and developmentally appropriate learning opportunities for early childhood education.
