Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan, kepercayaan merek, dan pengalaman merek terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah Bank Pemerintah di Jakarta dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Pengambilan sampel secara nonprobability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan menyebar kuesioner secara daring. Data dianalisis secara partial least square (PLS) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil analisis memperlihatkan bahwa kualitas layanan tidak memengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan secara positif namun tidak signifikan. Sementara kepercayaan merek dan pengalaman merek terhadap loyalitas pelanggan secara positif dan signifikan. This research aims to determine the influence of service quality, brand trust, and brand experience on customer loyalty. This research uses a causal design with a quantitative approach. The population in this research is Government Bank customers in Jakarta with a sample of 100 respondents. Non-probability sampling using purposive sampling technique by distributing questionnaires online. The data was analyzed using partial least squares (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS version 4 software. The results of the analysis show that service quality does not influence customer loyalty positively but is not significant. Meanwhile, brand trust and brand experience affect customer loyalty positively and significantly.
