<![CDATA[This study aimed to examine the influence of training and the work environment on the work productivity of employees in the Production Division at PT. Central Pertiwi Bahari (Fish Feed). The research employed at quantitative approach with an associated method. The primary data were collected through field research. The population included all employees at PT. Central Pertiwi Bahari, totalling 104 individuals. A purposive sampling technique was used to select a sample of 40 employees from the Production Division. Instrument testing involved validity and reliability assessments, while data analysis prerequisites included tests for normality, linearity, and multicollinearity. The data were analyzed using multiple linier regression, and hypotheses were tested using the t-test and F-test. The results revealed that training had no significant effect on the work productivity of Production Division employees. In contrast, the work environment had a significant positive influence. Moreover, training and the work environment collectively had a significant impact on employee productivity within the Production Division at PT. Central Pertiwi Bahari (Fish Feed).]]>
