Abstract

Abstrak Simpang empat bersinyal RSUD dr. R. Soedarsono Kota Pasuruan terletak pada jalur utama transportasi dan perdagangan Surabaya dan Bali menjadikan peningkatan arus lalu lintas signifikan. Meskipun Simpang sudah terpasang Alat Pemberi Isyarat Lalu Lintas (APILL) Area Traffic Control System (ATCS), belum bisa mengurai kepadatan volume kendaraan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja simpang dan dapat memberikan solusi terbaik untuk mengatasi permasalahan lalu lintas tersebut. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei lalu lintas. Metode analisis dan perhitungan data menggunakan metode MKJI 1997. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kinerja simpang pada kondisi eksisting 3 (tiga) fase diperoleh volume lalu lintas harian rata-rata (LHR) tertinggi pada hari Senin pukul 06:15 - 07:15 WIB sebesar 2.282 smp/jam. Kapasitas simpang rata-rata sebesar 712 smp/jam. Nilai derajat kejenuhan rata-rata sebesar 0,80. Panjang antrian rata-rata sebesar 110,71 m. Tundaan rata-rata pada simpang yaitu 28,52 det/smp dengan mengacu pada tundaan rata-rata simpang didapatkan tingkat pelayanan simpang adalah D. Kata kunci: simpang bersinyal, derajat kejenuhan, panjang antrian, tundaan, tingkat pelayanan.  Abstract The signalized intersection of dr. R. Soedarsono Hospital in Pasuruan City is located on the main transportation and trade routes of Surabaya and Bali, making a significant increase in traffic flow. Even though the intersection has been installed with the Traffic Signaling Device (APILL) Area Traffic Control System (ATCS), it has not been able to decompose the density of vehicle volume. This research aims to evaluate the performance of intersections and can provide the best solution to overcome these traffic problems. Data collection uses the traffic survey method. The method of data analysis and calculation uses the 1997 MKJI method. Based on the results of the analysis of the performance of the intersection in the existing condition of 3 (three) phases, the highest average daily traffic volume (LHR) was obtained on Monday at 06:15 - 07:15 WIB of 2,282 smp/hour. The average interchange capacity is 712 smp/h. The average saturation degree value was 0.80. The average queue length is 110.71 m. The average delay at the intersection is 28.52 sec/junior high school with reference to the average delay of the intersection, the service level of the intersection is D. Keywords:   signalized intersection, degree of saturation, queue length, delays, level of service (LOS) intersection.
