Abstract

Lalu lintas pada simpang tak bersinyal mengharuskan pengendara untuk dapat menentukan sela yang cukup aman sehingga mampu melakukan penyilangan arus (crossing) dengan sela tertentu. Namun demikian setiap pengendara mempunyai tingkat keberanian mengambil sela yang berbeda beda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pemodelan sela baik yang menyagkut sela tolak (grap rejection) maupun sela terima (gap acceptance) serta menentukan sela kritis (critical gap). Pengambilan data lalu lintas di simpang digunakan kamera perekam yang kemudian dilakukan tayang ulang di laboratorium. Pemodelan sela digunakan kurva kuadratik dengan pengujian parameter statistik yang meliputi R 2 dan analisis ragam. Hasil pemodelan diperoleh y=47,786-11,690x+0,738x2 untuk sela tolak dan y=3,964-2,155x+0,607x2 untuk sela terima, di mana y adalah frekuensi dan x adalah sela. Sedangkan titik sela kritis yang terjadi pada simpang tak bersinyal adalah sebesar 5,0 detik.

Abstract

Pada kenyataannya perkotaan di indonesia sebagai pusat kegiatan akan selalu menghadapi permasalahan pergerakan kendaraan yang mana memerlukan sarana dan prasarana. Oleh karena itu perlu diteliti mengenai pola pembebanan    pergerakan pada  jaringan jalan  diperkotaan. Dengan diketahuinya model  pembebanan jaringan, memungkinkan dilakukannya estimasi biaya perjalanan zona. Hasil estimasi biaya ini akan menjadi masukan bagi proses peramalan manfaat untuk mengevaluasi kinerja suatu usulan alternatif skema perencanaan yang tujuan dari sebagian besar studi transportasi. Dalam proses pembebanan rute (Trip Assignment) dikenal beberapa metoda untuk menghitung jumlah pembebanan pergerakan (lalu lintas) pada setiap ruas jalan. Dalam study ini dicobakan 4 (empat) metode pada pembebanan jaringan jalan antara lain Metode Pembebanan Bertahap, Metode Pembebanan Beulang, Metode User Equilibrium (UE) dan Metode System Optimum (SO) dari keempat metode tersebut  dipakai satu metode yang lebih akurat, murah dan efisien untuk pembebanan jaringan jalan yaitu metode Metode User Equilibrium (UE).   Kata kunci : Pembebanan jaringan, jalan, koridor

Abstract

Asbuton Lawele merupakan aspal alam dengan cadangan deposit terbesar di Indonesia dan memiliki kelebihan karena sudah mengandung mineral dan aspal, dan tidak terpengaruh dengan dampak fluktuasi harga minyak dunia sehingga mendorong peningkatan sarana prasarana infrstruktur jalan dengan kualitas teknis dan ekonomis.Pada penelitian ini disajikan hasil penelitian campuran beton aspal berasbuton Lawele asli tambang dengan oli bekas kendaraan sebagai bahan tambahan (aditif) sebanyak 2% dan 3%, untuk mempelajari pengaruh penggunaan oli bekas kendaraan terhadap stabilitas dan lelehan plastis (flow). Sampel asbuton Lawele dan agregat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari SoE, Kabupaten Timor Tengah   Selatan. Sampel benda uji sebanyak 24 buah dengan 8 kali perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan.Hasil pengujian tersebut kemudian dianalisis.Berdasarkan uji  rancangan  acak  lengkap  metode  anova  bahwa  ada  pengaruh  yang  signifikan  pada kombinasi oli bekas 2% dan 3% dengan stabilitas beton aspal. Kombinasi terbaik yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini padaperlakuan benda uji L1a (Ulangan Ke-2) dengan kombinasi yaitu asbuton Lawele 28,74%,  agregat kasar 41%, agregat halus 21%, filler/bahan pengisi 7%, dengan persentase penggunaan oli bekas oli bekas (2%).   Kata kunci :, Beton Aspal, StabilitasMarshall, Lelehan Plastis

Abstract

With regard to the problem of motorcycle accidents in Indonesia, the human factor is unique and complex factors. In this study, an analysis of the contribution of the indicators of human factor in a motorcycle accident was conducted. The results show that lack of discipline committed by riders and high vehicle speeds contribute to and affect motorcycle accident occurrence significantly. Although not too dominant, the rider emotion, lack of concentration when driving, and lack of maturity also have a significant influence on thespeed of motorcycles.Keywords: motorcycle accidents, human factors, lack of discipline, motorcycle speed

Abstract

Recently, motorcycle population in Indonesia is increasing rapidly. Meanwhile, the number of accidents involving motorcycles is higher than that of other motor vehicles. Based on the problem, it is important to find out a solution so that the road transportation safety can be created. The objective of this study is to model motorcycle accidents on the road. The dependent variable, as a response variable, is the number of motorcycle accidents and the independent variables are traffic volume, speed, lane width, lane number, and shoulder. The road accident data were collected from 18 roads in four areas, including Surabaya City, Malang City, Malang Regency, and Batu City. Modeling analysis employed a Generalized Linear Modeling (GLM) method. The results indicated that the model can be used to describe the actual condition of the road accidents. Moreover, it is also showed that the motorcycle accidents are significantly influenced by volume, speed, lane width, lane number, and shoulder variables. High volume and speed will increase accident risks, but the increase in lane width, lane number, and shoulder will decrease accident risks.Keywords: motorcycle accident, motorcycle accident modeling, road traffic accident

Abstract

Models for vehicle detection, classification, and counting based on computer vision and artificial intelligence are constantly evolving. In this study, we present the Yolov4-based vehicle detection, classification, and counting model approach. The number of vehicles was calculated by generating the serial number of the identity of each vehicle. The object is detected and classified, marked by the display of bounding boxes, classes, and confidence scores. The system input is a video dataset that considers the camera position, light intensity, and vehicle traffic density. The method has counted the number of vehicles: cars, motorcycles, buses, and trucks. Evaluation of model performance is based on accuracy, precision, and total recall of the confusion matrix. The results of the dataset test and the calculation of the model performance parameters had obtained the best accuracy, precision. Total recall values when the model testing was carried out during the day where the camera position was at the height of 6 m and the loss of 500 was 83%, 93%, and 94%. Meanwhile, the lowest total accuracy, precision, and recall were obtained when the model was tested at night. The camera position was at the height of 1.5 m, and 900 losses were 68%, 77%, and 78%.

Abstract

city of Cirebon with Cirebon Regency (Palimanan) which plays an important role in the business of goods and services distribution services. This Road Function Worthiness Test aims to determine the feasibility of the road function on Bts roads. Palimanan City - Bts. Cirebon City, to find out the causes of malfunctioning based on traffic management and engineering on the road sections under study, and to propose follow-up actions if these roads do not meet the functional category. Test analysis function of road based on traffic management and engineering is performed by measuring deviation conditions in the field against a standard and the needs of the technical .But , in the preparation of this writer researching a thesis only 3 ( three ) of 7 seven the technical aspects of pertaining to management and traffic engineering. The technical aspects of third include: ( 1 ) technical the implementation of traffic management and engineering , ( 2 ) the way of technical equipment that are directly connected to road users , and ( 3 ) technical equipment a way that is not directly related to road users. The methodology that was used is by comparing technical standart on the condition in field with its reference to appendix ii minister for public works number 11 / prt / m / 2010 on procedures and requirements worthy function of road. The function of road shows that the worthy of its roads .City palimanan- towers. Cirebon city category in function to conditional ( ls ) means roads worthy to be operated but must be equipped with recommended have technical improvements. The cause of the non-functioning of the roads on the Bts road. Palimanan City - Bts. Cirebon City which is related to the technical implementation of traffic management and engineering, namely the components of markers, signs, sidewalks and crossings due to the absence of such equipment on roads. Cause not function roads related to technical equipment for the directly related to road users at components, markings , sign , sidewalks and apill because he does not meet the technical standard. Abstract

Fungsi utama dari jalan adalah sebagai prasarana lalu lintas atau angkutan guna Mendukung kelancaran arus barang dan jasa serta aktifitas masyarakat. Kenyataan dilapangan menunjukan bahwa pada jaringan jalan tertentu khususnya diperkotaan terjadi ketidak seimbangan antara tingkat pertumbuhan jalan dengan tingkat pertumbuhan kendaraan. Oleh karena itu perlu diteliti mengenai pola pembebanan jaringan jalan pada koridor malang surabaya. Analisis perhitungan kinerja ruas jalan menggunakan tabel (MKJI 1997), kinerja ruas jalan malang, arah malang-surabaya V/C ratio adalah  1,0, arah malang-surabaya V/C ratio adalah 1,4, maka termasuk tingkat pelayanan E, kinerja ruas jalan Gadang, arah malang-surabaya V/C ratio adalah 0,37, arah Kepanjen-Lawang V/C ratio adalah 0,6, maka termasuk tingkat pelayanan B, kinerja ruas jalan surabaya, arah malang-surabaya V/C ratio adalah  0,23, arah surabaya-malang V/C ratio adalah 0,25, maka termasuk tingkat pelayanan B. Sedangkan untuk perhitungan pembebanan jaringan jalan menggunakan analisis metode kesetimbangan wadrop (Wadrop Equlibrium), sehingga pembebanan di bagi ketiga rute jalan yaitu: Jalan Eksisting pembebanan sebesar 8262 smp/hari, dengan waktu perjalanan sebesar 103,55 menit, Jalan  pembebanan sebesar 49,571 smp/hari, dengan waktu perjalanan sebesar 102,67 menit, dan Jalan Tol pembebanan sebesar 107,404 smp/hari, dengan waktu perjalanan sebesar 78,30 menit.
