Indonesia's Golden 2045 vision requires a high-quality workforce. This depends heavily on the important role of the family as the first place of education for children. This study examines the effectiveness of educational seminars in improving parents' understanding of the importance of the family's role in achieving quality education towards Indonesia's Golden 2045 vision. The study was conducted using the Community-Based Action Research method in Damping Village, Pamarayan. There were 87 participants from 90 invited families (96.7% participation rate). Activities included identifying existing issues, conducting a one-day seminar, and evaluating the results through pre- and post-seminar tests, observing attitude changes, assessing skills, and monitoring follow-up actions. Based on the problem identification results, it was found that 78.6% of participants had limited understanding of the family's role, 67.9% experienced communication difficulties with their children, and 85.7% had low digital literacy. After the seminar, there was an increase in participants' awareness and understanding of the family's strategic role in education. Follow-up observations showed improvements in communication patterns and home learning routines. Education seminars tailored to local needs have proven successful in enhancing families' capabilities as educational agents and can serve as a model intervention to support Indonesia Emas 2045.
