Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif pada guru SMP Negeri 3 Rajeg, Kabupaten Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap seluruh populasi guru sebanyak 60 orang melalui teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan kuesioner, lalu dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan model regresi Y = 6,893 + 0,248X₁ + 0,564X₂, di mana koefisien regresi kepemimpinan transformasional sebesar 0,248 dan budaya organisasi sebesar 0,564. Nilai R-square sebesar 0,528 mengindikasikan bahwa kedua variabel secara simultan memengaruhi perilaku kerja inovatif sebesar 52,8%. Namun, uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif (T_hitung 1,882 < T_tabel 2,002; sig. 0,065 > 0,05). Sebaliknya, budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan (T_hitung 4,074 > T_tabel 2,002; sig. 0,000 < 0,05). Uji simultan (Uji F) menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif (F_hitung 33,986 > F_tabel 3,16; sig. 0,000 < 0,05). ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on innovative work behavior among teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Rajeg, Tangerang Regency. A quantitative approach was employed, using a survey method with a total sampling technique involving all 60 teachers. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires, and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed a regression model of Y = 6.893 + 0.248X₁ + 0.564X₂, with regression coefficients of 0.248 for transformational leadership and 0.564 for organizational culture. The R-square value of 0.528 indicates that both independent variables simultaneously influence innovative work behavior by 52.8%. However, partial testing revealed that transformational leadership does not have a significant effect (T_calculated 1.882 < T_table 2.002; sig. 0.065 > 0.05), while organizational culture has a significant influence (T_calculated 4.074 > T_table 2.002; sig. 0.000 < 0.05). The F-test results confirm that both variables simultaneously have a significant effect on innovative work behavior (F_calculated 33.986 > F_table 3.16; sig. 0.000 < 0.05).
