Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan karakteristik, kelayakan, dan respon peserta didik terhadap multimedia Electronic Titration of Acid Base (E-TAB) yang berorientasi pada literasi kimia sebagai sumber belajar mandiri pada materi titrasi asam-basa. Penelitian menggunakan metode Design-Based Research (DBR) model exploratory sequential di beberapa SMA di Kabupaten Bantul. Subjek uji coba terdiri dari lima guru kimia dan 28 peserta didik kelas XII. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi angket analisis kebutuhan, angket kedapatgunaan, dan angket keterbacaan. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif menggunakan skala Likert.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa multimedia E-TAB memiliki karakteristik berupa ringkasan materi, video animasi simulasi praktikum, LKPD, MSDS, dan kuis, serta dapat diakses tanpa internet melalui Google Drive. Persentase keidealan dari uji guru dan peserta didik masing-masing sebesar 96,69% dan 86,62% dengan kategori Sangat Baik. Multimedia E-TAB dinyatakan layak dan dapat digunakan sebagai sumber belajar mandiri setelah penyesuaian berdasarkan masukan guru. This study aims to determine the characteristics, feasibility, and student responses to the Electronic Titration of Acid Base (E-TAB) multimedia, which is oriented toward chemical literacy as an independent learning resource for high school students on acid-base titration material. The research employed a Design-Based Research (DBR) method with an exploratory sequential model, conducted in several senior high schools in Bantul Regency. The trial subjects included five chemistry teachers and 28 twelfth-grade students. The research instruments consisted of student needs analysis questionnaires, teacher usability questionnaires, and student readability questionnaires. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods and converted to quantitative data using a Likert scale.The results show that E-TAB multimedia features include material summaries, animated simulation videos, student worksheets (LKPD), Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and quizzes. It is accessible offline via a free Google Drive link. Usability and readability tests showed ideal percentages of 96.69% and 86.62%, respectively, both categorized as Excellent. E-TAB multimedia was declared feasible for use after incorporating feedback from chemistry teachers and is considered suitable as a self-learning tool for students.
